Guiding Principles

After receiving input at Linden’s Community Collaboration event, the Linden Board established the following Guiding Principles that will inform our decision-making going forward:

1. Community Building – Creating and fostering a space for connection, growth and collaboration.
2. Empowering – A place for members to create a community they are proud to be a part of and the confidence to share their voice when building that community.
3. Accessible – We are committed to providing homes that are accessible both physically and financially.
4. Equitable – All members are considered equal contributors to the success of the co-op, and all have the opportunity and encouragement to engage in the growth, enrichment and success of the co-op based on their interest and abilities.
5. Sustainable – Ensuring members are able to continue to maintain the co-op and provide them the ability to age in place.
